Each use of the platform constitutes a separate agreement between you and OBhau.

Communication between parents, schools, and transport providers;
Verification, compliance, and safety features;
Route visibility, alerts, and attendance tracking.

OBhau acts as a facilitator platform and does not directly provide transport services unless explicitly stated.

6. Payments and Fees

Users may be required to pay service fees for certain features.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
All fees are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. User Obligations

Use the platform only for lawful purposes;
Provide accurate pickup/drop and user information;
Maintain respectful conduct with other users and partners;
Do not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities;
Do not attempt to disrupt or damage the platform;
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;
Impersonate another person;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems;
Spread malware or harmful code;
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices;
Violate intellectual property rights.

9. Third-Party Services

OBhau may integrate with third-party services such as transport operators, payment gateways, and communication providers.
Your use of such services is governed by their respective policies. OBhau is not responsible for third-party actions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. OBhau makes no warranties regarding availability,
accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBhau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

OBhau’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OBhau, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

OBhau may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate these Terms;
You provide false information;
Required by law or regulatory authorities;
Your actions harm the platform or other users.

You may also request account deletion at any time, subject to data retention requirements.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to OBhau.
You may not copy, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

15. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using OBhau, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

16. Force Majeure

OBhau shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, strikes, or government actions.

18. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
